Managing on owners' behalf?
Body corporate managers are billed the same per-lot rate for their account, and the manager's own login isn't counted as a lot when we work out your price.
Common questions
No. Pay monthly or yearly, whichever suits your scheme, and cancel any time. Your records stay exportable for 14 days after the subscription ends, and your data is kept for a year in case you come back.
Each lot registered on your community management plan. Common property and a body corporate manager’s own login are not counted when we work out your price.
Basic runs a complete scheme, with Aria hosting one meeting a year. Basic Plus adds Aria across up to 10 meetings a year, financial & budget reports, mass upload, 20 GB of storage and priority support. Pro lifts the allowances again: Aria hosts up to 12 meetings a year and storage grows to 50 GB.
Yearly is the better deal: Basic Plus is $29 per lot per year, versus about $54 per lot per year if you pay $4.50 per lot monthly. Monthly suits schemes that want to spread the cost or try things out first.
